These are web2.0 backdoors.
At first glance is very difficult to identify where is the backdoor to posts such 2.0 subdomains. One would need to do a little of reverse engineering to identify which is the registration POST to admit such.
Most of them are static templates probably imported into such subdomains.
I would say that probably this come from GSA lists or some kind of automation software like RankerX with tiering lists.

These are Web 2.0 backdoors, types of website backdoors are Uploaders, Webshells, Misc RCE’s. These domains probably would come from GSA lists or some kind of automation software like ScrapeBox, Money, RobotRankerX, SenukeTNG, or GSA Captcha Breaker with tiering lists.
There are some free tools like Moz or Ahrefs to check your website’s authority through DA and DR. by Simply entering your website’s URL into the search box and clicking the button to review the data
