@gbmack - If you start posts in forums with your link in your sig, isn't it just a matter of a few people going to your 'free high level account' site, going thru the ads, and once they don't get the account cuz it doesn't unlock, then they return to the forum posts and complain about how it's a rip off and then no one clicks your sig anymore??
Change your IP, Clear the Cookies and Make a new account on the forum and a new thread with a new email address - Simple. Problem Solved!

So from what I was able to understand, you don't give them
REAL GAME ACCOUNTS but fake ones or nothing? I can't imagine how pissed those fool people will be after they get the supposed accounts...
Also, from the nature of the leads, I believe that the e-mail submits won't have any conversion at the end, so better do some WH promoting as well to cover things up and stay under the radar.
What is a good amount of money which we can earn daily by promoting these e-mail submits that don't convert at the end so the advertisers don't get pissed and raise a flag at us and then we get the ban hammer?
Let's say 10 leads/day=$20/day($2/lead) is good? I'm talking about e-mail submits that don't convert at all in the end - 0% CR.
Also promoting email submits that have to do with your niche will have a greater chance to convert at the end.
TIP: You could also use this method with the CPA LEAD Content Gateway/Widgets.
The pros is that it's whitehat and you don't bother taking measures to protect yourself, such as faking or blanking the referer because all offers/surveys can be incentivised!
Cons is surveys take longer to finish than e-mail submits that can be completed within the minute, and pay lower than e-mail/ZIP submits.
Anyway good method and will stay alive/not be saturated for a very long time, since it can be used with many niches.
