Will Google crawl a site even if the site uses blackhatcodebreaker to protect content, links and keyword tags? If so, will the content still show up and help search engine indexing and rankings?

It only JS, so yes your content SHOULD get indexed.

place this code in the "robots.txt" file in the root directory of your website to keep google out of your website

That's not what I was aiming for mydodo, but thanks anyways. Getting my site indexed and improving my site ranking would be a positive addition from Google, I just didn't want humans to read the content.
