    "warning message: Rename Warning!
If you rename this file, it will no longer belong to the folder Test_files.
To rename it safely, open the file, save it with a new name, and then delete the folder Test_files.
Do you want to rename this file anyway?"

if you saved a file from the web, the test_folder is going to be the primary folder where all the saved sites assets will be, anything that directs or depends on the original file will be affected, that is just a warning message informing you of that.

basically, if there is a link pointing back to test.htm, and you rename it test.html, the link isn't going to work. use dreamweaver, right click the file and rename it and it will ask you if you want to update the links. why do you want to do this?
