Generally, people using BH techniques for their churn and burn sites. Sites with few pages and affiliate links. When site caught by google they make another site and started all process again. BH techniques as they said are fast to rank up for long tail keywords etc. But if you have a good site and you are planning to go with as a serious long-term business then don't use BH for your site.

Blackhat techniques are getting good results quickly using that they can earn well also.This also one reason following it.

Why do people use blackhat techniques? It's because they can be very effective if you know what you are doing. Take PBNs as an example, if Google finds out you are using one it will hurt your rankings. If you are careful about it however and leave no footprints it will be a valuable asset to your ranking efforts.

If you going to build a backlink yourself to your website that's going to be black hat. If you are going to promote (ofc without paid adds) your website yourself its a black hat.
Off page almost always black hat. It doesn't mean it's not ineffective. It's the most effective and most so called white hatters still using black hat methods
. Many ranking websites including me with web 2.0 and pbns, GSA search engine ranker tiered links everything stands for black hat. That's why we are here.

Because if you don't use them someone who does will rank his website ahead of you. Which means you will get more organic backlinks once you do rank and probably stay ranked for a very long time. So unless you have a really high authority website or target niches with nonexisting competition its very hard to rank without blackhat.
Inversely proportionate ti the money you can make before the site gets banned. Also one can keep under radar as long as possible before getting banned.

Black hat does not mean it should ban. If you doing somthing which not match with webmaster guide it will be black hat but surely it will help you to get ranked in first page.

Because when using blackhat SEO techniques, the probability that you will earn money is higher than the probability of losing money.
