Reading this makes me feel motivated and the urge to do a lot more better.

I've noticed that after reading this it helps to focus only on one thing and stop spending my time reading all of the forums.

The night's the darkest just before the dawn. You'll learn your most important lessons in your biggest mistakes. So analyze, make changes and move on.

Never Give Up! (ネバギバ! Neba Giba!?) is a shōjo manga by Hiromu Mutou. The story is about a girl named Kiri, who poses as a male model in order to protect her childhood love, a boy named Tohya. Kiri has always looked masculine, inheriting the looks of her fashion-model father. Tohya, on the other hand, has always been revered for his beautiful looks and delicate features. Never feeling worthy enough for Tohya because of her looks, Kiri vowed she would reveal her true feelings to Tohya once she becomes as beautiful as a "princess".

After a photographer sees a photo of him, Tohya is offered a job to be a male model. Tohya accepts, but Kiri becomes worried that Tohya wouldn't be an able to defend himself in such an environment. She begs her mother, who owns the modeling agency, to give her a job as a model to be by Tohya's side. Her mother agrees, but because the opening's only for a male model, Kiri would have to pose as a boy. Kiri reluctantly agreed, forgoing her goal of becoming a princess in order to protect Tohya. Soon enough, Kiri and Tohya are surprised by their sudden fame when they start seeing their photos in magazines, posters, and billboards. And not before long, boys and girls start falling for both Kiri and her male model identity.

Thanks for great motivation. I copied some time ago something from DP, I changed it a little bit, it's printed and hanging on my wall next to computer. If you read this and become a millionaire, I expect 10% of commission :)

€€€ 1. Never give up! €€€

Motivation is key to success. Don't loose hope. Sometimes things go wrong. This is normal. Like there is a Google Panda update and you drop few places or a website breaks a partnership with you or you get banned from AdSense. I had some very good and very bad momments as well.
Don't worry if things are not that perfect as in your dreams, everything will get better soon.

€€€ 2. Focus Focus Focus! €€€

I don't like people who make hundreds or thousands of micro-niche websites and they put big and annoying ad blocks on them and that is it... Then they just get a check from Google saying you earned $xxxx last month.
I think this strategy is unsustainable. OK it might work for a few years or so, but not for decades.
I focused on two websites in this year. One is a blog and one is a pioneer startup.
So my message: Focus on a website at a time!

€€€ 3. Set your goals! €€€

Goals are very important. They give you an answer to "where are you heading?". If you don't set your goals in the beginning you will have a lot harder job.
I didn't set my goals right away This caused me 3 months of standing in one place.
So come on and do it! Set solid, achievable and BIG goals.
Like: "I would like to earn $200/month in a year." (This is one the most simple goals, setting financial goals)

€€€ 4. Think BIG! €€€

Be a maximalist! Don't be negative when thinking about the future...
And always be prepared for the largest outcome.

€€€ 5. Success is around the corner! €€€

Nice advice. Took me years to start making a decent living online.... VERY MOTIVATIONAL

Since black hat can cost your site to get banned on Google, all it takes is hard work. And yes: DO NOT GIVE UP! Because if you leave it unattended; your optimization, SEO work, it won't bring you income because you gave up on the early stages of success for your business or your clients'. At first, lots of optimizers (including me) are quite skeptical about black hat because it uses programs that generate backlinks like lightning. But once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to play against Google and you'll generate more income.

but if blackhat can cost ur site to get banned isnt it not worth the risk?
