There are two type of SEO i.e. White Hat and another on black Hat SEO if u go for black hat seo they spamming more keyword in that website to get into the top position in google and also get more visitor and but those website couldn't get permanent in search engine. If you take white hat seo it will take time to come to the position in google but not deleted its permanent.
