Hi bhw fam,

So I had a question, I have a blackhat site, I use ads to monetise the site and receive payments in crypto.

If I am withdrawing thousands in crypto to my personal bank how can I explain it to the tax people haha? Will they take taxes from my pays or is it like casino where it is not taxable?

Thank you in advance

you need to check the laws about crypto in your country, each country handles the crypto scam differently and if they have no laws for this then you shouldn't do anything different. But most likely it's your bank that might ask you questions if you withdraw the money in crypto. Again, it depends on the country, so talk to a lawyer from your country

In most countries it's taxable as income and you'll have to make a complete overview of all your crypto transactions for both the tax office (so that they know how much you'll have to pay) and the bank (because of their AML guidelines), but as @tazarbm wrote, that depends on the country.

I am not a tax expert, but I can provide some general information. In most countries, including the United States, income from any source is generally subject to taxation. This means that if you are earning income from your blackhat site, you may be required to report and pay taxes on that income.
It is important to consult with a tax advisor to understand your specific situation and obligations.
