These guys seem to have some great SEO tools loaded up and ready to go except I heard some bad things a few times just curious if anyone can recommend better or vouch for them?

I've been with them for a while. Their shared Black Hat VPS tools RDP plans are very useful when you're just starting out just getting used to some tools before you spring for something powerful. They recently added a VPS version of it which I've upgraded to and would recommend thus far based on reliability and speed. The RDP plans can get slow at times, but they're cheaper so go ahead and start on one of those if you're interested. Great customer service as well; best service of its' kind I know about!
