Morning All!
Hope you're all doing well, I've had some real revelations over the past couple days after becoming tired of building sites, doing large amounts of whitehat SEO and then getting knocked back - one of my sites was ranking #1 for 4 keywords, all unique, high quality content yet overnight ranks dropped below #20 and needless to say, earnings vanished as well!
Anyway, this isn't a journey thread but the above reason is why I am looking for a joint venture with a highly competent and accomplished Blackhat Marketer. So let me set out some questions and answers for your below....
What am I wanting to do?
The niche I am looking to promote offers in is nothing new - infact most people have no doubt tried out the niche at some point. BUT I am a member of a network with some very high paying and high converting products which we would look to target. Currently their best selling product is receiving 27,100 exact monthly searches globally yet the top 3 google results are dominated by one guy who has single page, poor quality blogs with domains that were only registered on the 23rd April - less than a month ago! From these 3 blogs he'd be making $3,000+ a month - not bad for a site he appears to have setup in less than 20 minutes!
Can it be scaled?
Without a doubt this could be scaled. Above is just an example of their largest product and the $3000 quote is based on a single keyword - the main product keyword. I have done keyword research and there are 6 keywords we could target per product, and 5 products I would like to target - 30 keywords which could be ranked with relative ease.
The network also has some adult offers which often have 100% commission weekends allowing for affiliate to earn up to $200 per sale!
What am I looking for then?
I am looking for someone who has the tools, knowledge and expertise to rank websites for keywords in the short term. If we can get a site to rank for 2-3 weeks and then it gets sandboxed then that doesn't matter - we're simply looking to rank, rinse and repeat. Why am I not looking for long term rankings? You could spend a lot of time (as I've done) carefully building a website up to rank and within seconds Google can decide to shoot it down the rankings, losing earnings overnight. Therefore spending limited time creating and building sites to generate short term rankings and earnings I feel would be best. So, skills you'd need:
1) Blackhat SEO knowledge
2) Knowledge of ranking low content sites in the short term.
3) The ability to cloak
What I will bring to the table?
Being from the UK I will create all the content, get the domains (most will be aged) and create the landing pages. I will conduct all keyword research and also assist my partner in extra help they may want. I also have access to funds for extra bits within the project.
The Split?
All funds will be split 50/50 and payment can be sent via paypal or bank transfer.
