Can someone explain to me how this website is ranking page 1 on google.com.au for "psychologist sydney cbd"?

When I run it through Moz it has DA 1 and 0 backlinks.

I suspect some blackhat magic going on here and want to learn how.

all there keywords are in their domain. so still values keywords in some niche to value is minor.
second is the h1 tags, and placement of keywords.
 
It's not the most competitive word in the history of SEO…

For me querying from AU, that link appears in position #7

For such word, I believe that a great content structure can be enought to rank, but probably not to outrank all the competitors in this list 100% of the time. Some links would defenitely may make that site stick in the top with ease.

Industry is mental health and the keywords would not be that competitive based on the comments made above in this thread.

I don't think so, you can check robots txt, DA, PA sometime mean nothing if they rank by traffic from social, ads, you can't see it
