BlackHat SEO for client

Would you use blackhat methods to increase an SEO clients page rank? Is it worth the risk? It's one thing to do it for your own sites, but completely different when dealing with someone elses.

There is nothing wrong with having a conversation with the client about more aggressive techniques and talking about cloaking as part of this.

One thing to make sure is that you are not liable for anything in the contract you have with the client. All aggressive techniques have risk and usually the risks happen quickly.

I've found that many large clients are willing to tolerate the risks as long as you have a good explanation for managing them.

i would be very angry if instead of increasing the rank get out of google index.

Yea, I definitely see a need to draft up a contract if I was to go down the blackhat route for clients.
