Blackhat Seo Adfly etc. or not?

I am using some Scripts Adfly, Shorte st, ecoclick and also clicksor on my 3 Blogs (New here).
Popunder, Banner, and many links from Adfly or Shortest.
But I think I do something wrong.

So I want to ask you guys, what should I use also and what should I delete because low ration

btw. Im installed Anti Adblocker, which experience did you done with that?
