Blackhat Question for German Users

Hi Mates,
it is a bit long ago that i was here on bhw.
I have a question to the seo pros.

I'm coming from germany and i have a webpage, what do i want is, to improve the rankings for google germany.
Now i've seen many interesting specials on bhw and i want to buy, but my question is, "What can foreign SEO (Seo Packages from BHW) and English texts do for me and my website???"
Will it help me the same way as well as a customer with an english website ???

Simple answer is: It will help you but not as much as links from german sites. It definitely wont hurt you thou (if you buy the right high quality SEO packages).
If you are interested, then i may ask my SEO guy if he has access to german sites.
