Blackhat Method...What do you think

So I am doing a blackhat method that involved email submits, payout is after first page email submit. It involved iframing so once the email submit is filled there is no change for the lead to carry on with the offer. Do you think the advertiser is going to remove me quickly from the offer because the leads wont be converting for the advertiser?

I have been doing this for a while and sometimes my AM will ask me to stop sending leads to a certain offer. Its a good idea to spread out the leads over a few different CPA accounts.
