    1. Hi, oldfags, sorry for my bad english, i am from Ukraine.
    2. I hope you will help me to understand my mistakes.

    This is method:

    1. Register in affiliate network.
    2. To make a website
    3. To take links from the affiliate network, place this links on my website and to write: "complete these offers and write your paypal login on my email, i will pay you 4 dollars"
4.To buy trafic on my website

This method will work? Give me some advices, please.

And what i am doing wrong? Why clickboth dont want to apply my application?

    Paypal login? Because that's stealing!

There's a difference between Incentive and asking for their login details.

... Did we just get called oldfags?

Anyway, there's no need to apologise for your bad English as many of the members here are from non-English speaking countries.

To answer your questions, the only information you need to pay someone via Paypal is their email address or they can send you a Paypal invoice, so it's not necessary to ask for their login details.

Clickbooth's TOS also prohibits incentivised traffic to any of their offers.

If you want to try another affiliate network that allows you to incentivise traffic, then you should try Clickbak as they are much more forgiving of mistakes and it is extremely easy to get accepted into their network.

If you say that you're going to pay them and then you refuse to pay them, this will open you up to a myriad of legal repercussions. Not only will you run the risk of being banned from your affiliate network for having false pretences, but the visitors may become litigious if they feel they have been scammed.

why in earth would you say i pay but you do not pay?

damn people, i think when people subscribe at bhw, after agreeing with TOS they should have a test whitch includes questions about the difference between:
blackhatseo and: 1. neg seo 2.hacking 3.stealing 4. scamming 5. beeing tottaly jerks

@ OP forgive me if i miunderstood you because of your bad english, but if you say people need to give you your account details then it smells like a scam, if you say that you will pay but you will not pay then it sounds like a scam. and if you ask me: if it sounds like a scam, then probably it is a scam. if it sounds so good to be true then maybe it is very good.
    Best wishes.
    Leo!

    Like this:
"If a person believes they have been defamed but doesn't know who did it, he or she could file a lawsuit using the name "John Doe" or "Jane Doe" for the defendant. Then later, they can include the defendant's actual name once it is found out by subpoenaing the web site's records. Additionally, just because you post anonymously does not mean you cannot sue someone else for libel. You do not have to be using your name on a website to sue someone else. However, if the person "defaming" you does not know your actual name and is just making derogatory comments using your alias, then no, there would be no real case. This is because you do need to be using a person's actual identity to defame them UNLESS this person is known to everyone by their alias or stage name (think actor or DJ--everyone knows who they are without always knowing their real name)."

In addition to this, if you're using a comapny's name or websie to defraud people, then expect another lawsuit for defamation from them.

I think OP is just trolling, he can't be that stupid, can he?
@OP, I realise that you have limited English skills, but scamming and being a douche is not condoned on BHW.
