1. Hi, oldfags, sorry for my bad english, i am from Ukraine.
2. I hope you will help me to understand my mistakes.

This is method:

1. Register in affiliate network.
2. To make a website
3. To take links from the affiliate network, place this links on my website and to write: "complete these offers and write your paypal login on my email, i will pay you 4 dollars"
4.To buy trafic on my website

This method will work? Give me some advices, please.

And what i am doing wrong? Why clickboth dont want to apply my application?

Paypal login? Because that's stealing!

There's a difference between Incentive and asking for their login details.

Anyway, there's no need to apologise for your bad English as many of the members here are from non-English speaking countries.

To answer your questions, the only information you need to pay someone via Paypal is their email address or they can send you a Paypal invoice, so it's not necessary to ask for their login details.

Clickbooth's TOS also prohibits incentivised traffic to any of their offers.

If you want to try another affiliate network that allows you to incentivise traffic, then you should try Clickbak as they are much more forgiving of mistakes and it is extremely easy to get accepted into their network.

If you say that you're going to pay them and then you refuse to pay them, this will open you up to a myriad of legal repercussions. Not only will you run the risk of being banned from your affiliate network for having false pretences, but the visitors may become litigious if they feel they have been scammed.

why in earth would you say i pay but you do not pay?

damn people, i think when people subscribe at bhw, after agreeing with TOS they should have a test whitch includes questions about the difference between:
blackhatseo and: 1. neg seo 2.hacking 3.stealing 4. scamming 5. beeing tottaly jerks

@ OP forgive me if i miunderstood you because of your bad english, but if you say people need to give you your account details then it smells like a scam, if you say that you will pay but you will not pay then it sounds like a scam. and if you ask me: if it sounds like a scam, then probably it is a scam. if it sounds so good to be true then maybe it is very good.
