Blackhat merchant accts???

Who do you guys use for blackhat/grey market high risk merchant accounts? Has anyone tried setting up a merchant acct with a legit business and then use the acct for your blackhat high risk business?

They will eventually catch up to you. What we do is if you start with a low risk account and then you run into issues we can move you to the next level of risk. lol black hat and leggit are the same thing..... if you go to a bank for a 14 day free trial they wont say NO.. what they will require you to do is instead of JUST charging the client after 14days if they DON'T cancel you will be required to send an email to the client with the link to accept the charges on the 14th day. The difference is that on HIGH RISK you don't need to do that (black hat) and "leggit" would be sending the client an email BEFORE charging them. Black hat doesn't mean illegal just fyi
