Hello im running a website where i sell the higest quality replica clothing an accessories its 1:1 detail and authentic grade quality stuff. What i wanna know is where i can advertise my site, ive done facebook but my ad got declined after 100dollars spent. but i have no idea where its good to adversite blackhat stuff.

Its hard to give you advise without knowing the life time customer value of your business. For some blackhat-ish businesses it might be viable to make a "proxy" product that is completely whitehat and close to your target demographic of the blackhat product, where you just break even for building an email list. Then you have your own "platform" to market those customers and don't need to bend to the rules of the ad platforms - Facebook in this case.

Find fashion bloggers maybe and do an affiliate program or pay for a monthly banner

Cloaking or direct buys can work for you.

Have you tried posting in the Facebook Marketplace? Or have you tried buy/sell groups? It's easier to bypass Facebook in those areas.
