The reality is bhw will probably go all white hate. The people who are running it and making the donations are taking a huge risk in keeping any potentially illegal techniques on here. Sure its not illegal for them to do so, but it could bring on heat. So if some authority wanted to shut down this site they would go after the contributors.

Honestly one method used badly enough and the shit will hit the fan. E-whoring is high risk because it could involve minors. Honestly if I find out someone is doing some pedo shit I want the people involved thrown in jail for life (The true pedo stuff not the 18 yr old dating a 17 yr old stuff). CS and craigslist stuff are also hurting a lot of high profile businesses(and fellow site owners in the case of CSing).

Anyways one problem blown up by the media and the authorities will target the biggest forum (bhw is up there, and the most open about this stuff). Sure due to freedom of speech its hard to take this forum down. So where do they go instead the people who pay to keep the forum up. Its like the drug wars, focus on the dealers and gangs not the users.

You guys are acting like change is bad.

If you aren't ready to adapt and change, then maybe you're not in the right business and you should focus more on a 9-5 job.

If you want to make it to the top, learn how to adapt to change and know the rules of the game so that when things are about to crumble down, you're long gone.

You guys say over and over that black hat is a temporary thing...short term income. But how many of you really believe that? How many of you are thinking of plan B,C,D and so on? How many of you were expecting your methods and techniques to last forever? How many of you are waiting for someone on BHW to spoon feed you the next technique?

I am sure there are always valid topics to claim certain activities immoral, unethical, objectionable and maybe outright illegal depending on country, context and specifics...BTW, I am sure everyone has perceived a change of policy and a redefinition of what is allowed and what is not in the last few days... You made me and everyone else re-agree with the terms of service because you're now forbidding two topics that before were allowed and had their own specific threads.

All right anyway, we will abstain from what is forbidden...As long as you don't retroactively ban everyone for working within rules that were different in the past.

I have been doing diff types of ewhore methods for about 4 yrs now, and when i first started it was nowhere near as popular as it is now, but now it has taken on a whole new meaning and level ..all these ewhore networks poppping up and shutting down etc. ppl just want quick money, most of these networks didnt put in the time and actually build a legit dating site etc, maybe if they did there would be less complaints and fraud type activities, i know if i was a guy and received nothing wat so ever i thought i was getting i wud be pissed whether the terms were in all caps and flashing neon, still the fact guys arent getting anything but blocked lol. I feel the ewhore networks that are left need to either call it or day or take the time to revamp and build a network of dating sites so the user is getting what they are signing up for or have more of a chance of getting it, i feel if networks like CU would have implemented the time and money into building real dating sites and not just landing pages the state of ewhoring would not be in the situation it is now, i mean its one thing to offer a membership to verifieddates and have about 2 cross sales for porn included , but when verifieddates is nothing but a landing page and the customer gets no members area or can't login to anything but a porn site is just wrong..also using any type of fraud method on cl's is going to eventually get noticed after they have enuff users complaining to them ..they r going to investigate it. If ppl would use their ewhore methods on other places on the net besides cl or backpage etc it would be less looked into or saturated. The changes cl's has made in the last few years is because ppl being greedy and going for all they can, just like backpage now i mean who would have thought they wud ever charge for any ads let alone personals which used to be like maybe 50 new ads a day posted in top cities..even if those were fake it was just a handful of ppl pushing watever not hundreds of ppl posting thousands of ads a day..so i feel it is a good thing the section has been removed that way not just any newb can jump on the bandwagon and try to make some quick cash but have to actually be original and think of their own method or twist..if everyone had their own method and didn't copy others word for word most methods would never get saturated.

I will say i will continue ewhoring because like i said its something i have done for over 4 yrs making a full time income, but i do is work hard and i try to be original with methods and not just make quick money and not care if a customer is getting anything because i know eventually it just hurts my income, if i have to spend extra money or take the extra time to make a real site then i do it depending on wat im pushing, first this bring me more money and better conversions and second i know the customer is less likely to chargeback or complain. just something to think about yes ewhoring is usually considered quick money but it can be long time if u do it the right way and put some effort into it and not just slap a iframe on a landing page and send some cl's traffic and call it a day and say f*ck the rest, becuz eventually signups will be less and less....its time to get smarter with your cl's posts , find other sites to promote on and revamp your method.

Change is the only thing that's permanent.

Glad to see some things that are clearly illegal removed from here. Mods are doing the right thing. Everybody should learn from that.

BTW, some people implied removing those sections is pussying out.. i don't think so. If the alternative to this would be continuing as if nothing's happening and while doing so, placing the whole forum and it's users under risk, clearly something has to be done. Maybe these are not the only changes to be done?

acai berry is actually a good product. I use it alot. Its the the advertisers steal the customer money out there account and double charge them and well, o the list goes on..

I mean one time I signed up free trial on my bank card, but I knew I was going to cancel the card 2 days later and my account only had pennies in it so I didnt care.

I called the advertiser company to try and cancel my membership playing dumb, o my god, they cussed me out. Called me a stupid chump wimp and they were going to empty my account. Told me my momma should had taught me how to read and there were going to teach me a lesson...

So yea well I think u get the point

I guess Im a bit confused, I understand about carding and hacking etc. should not be on here, but for me, a user of BHF for a year or so, this was the home of ewhoring and I enjoyed reading about the different methods. and as far as tricking some guy into signing up on a chat or adult site (thats ewhoring right?), then Im affraid I dont see that as the same as stealing CC numbers and hacking sites.

Here is a story from my e-whore days. (don' be so paranoid)

One day I got this one dude that kept emailing me (I forwarded all responses to one mail box) kept talking shit to me all morning. Pissed off that I wouldn't respond to him.
I had already emailed him my "invitation". But he was persistent.

I ignored him like we do to all of them, just ignore. But then dude says to me "you aint nothing but a bitch"..Man I was mad now. I responded back to him. We emailed each other, Went something like this:

me: You know what stop responding to ads in CL and get a real girl you punk.
cop: Whatever, your just a desperate ho..
me: Hey punk, F*** You, I aint even a girl I'm a dude making more money than you using horny punks like you.

LOL..I was so freaking mad. 2 minutes later I get an email from a different email address. Right off the bat I said damn!! I Knew this email was bad news .

cop: Hey buddy listen here, this is detective "soandso" let me advise you to stop emailing us . We have all your information. We are here in CL looking for prostitutes. I don't have time for your bull*hit If you want trouble email us again.

I stopped , thought, said cool, he don't care about the fact that I'm a dude. Kept doing my e-whoring. I Used the same emails to post and reply. (used same gmail to send).
I saw him reply at least 20 more times with that first email he used that first time and I kept inviting him to get laid LOL...

Point is I came across these guys and you did to and they don't care about you.
They want the hooker, pedephile, they want the true enemy.
This is not new they have been trolling CL like forever. Do you not look at the ads and find some that say shit like I'm 17? If you e-whore CL you have responded to the po-po already many times. They decide if you are a target based on your response to them.
If you send them to a xxx site they move on to the next guy till they find the dude willing to date a minor. Then they kick your ass and see ya in 5 to 10.

I've been monitoring this thread for a few days now, ever since I noticed the big ToS change that I had to agree to. But anyway, I'd like to address thi from my own standing on a couple of things.

Firstly, if you're doing something and you're worried about being caught and prosecuted, stop doing whatever you're doing immediately.

Secondly, don't make a big deal of it if you did it in the past. I will admit that Tonlilaz is 100% correct that American, especially government, entities like to make examples of individuals, but that's only of people who have piled mounds of money and are living in luxury. If you're some college kid who did e-whoring for $2,000, they probably won't care about you. $50,000? If you didn't use it to pay of your student loans or if you bought a luxury car, you might be in trouble.

The point is, it's not worth anyone's effort to make a figure of someone who gained a little money from a network. The probable thing I see is people getting banned, terms getting changed for affiliates, and maybe a few people getting fined. (Note that this only applies to affiliates from things such as CU, Sharecash, CPA networks, etc.)

Lastly, to all the people acting holier-than-thou, stop it. You've done shit you can be prosecuted for and posting "I told you so " only makes it harder on those who are worried about the consequences of all this.

And that, in a nutshell, is what I think about the entire "the feds are coming to get me" notion that's been running on for some pages now. The bottom line is that you shouldn't worry too much unless you seriously ripped off a lot of people and you should immediately cease any activities which are considered fraudulent if you do not wish ot suffer repercussions.

I agree with Harro's post, and I'm glad to see that there will be no tolerance for illegal activities.

BH to me is doing what it takes to make my business thrive, but I have never done anything illegal.

I won't lie. I have done somethings that will probably seem unethical to people, but I have moved from that area since I have found there are much more profitable and long-term ways to make money online.
