Blackhat Facebook coder

Im looking for a good windows application developer with broad knowledge in facebooks mechanics, limitations, workarounds, etc etc.
Preferably someone that have coded bots or other automatization tools before. Im not looking to get any account creator or wall poster or such.

Project will be discussed in private on skype, payment as agreed after discussing project details and it will be in bitcoin or I can exchange to other reversable currencies if you prefer that.
