BH ads are ads against facebook TOS ,for example skin,loos weight,etc .Some advertisers run this ads because its very profitable , but they risk to lose their ad accounts.To prevent from being banned they cloak campaigns,but in the very end Facebook always catch them and punish.,So to run BH ads many ads account are needed
