Blackhat Email Spamming

Can you use a throwaway host with interspire to do a "pump and dump" of emails from a 70k list to send out offers very quickly and get ROI? I don't care about the host getting blacklisted and would just spin everything. I'm just looking to inbox as quickly as possible on a semi-clean list and then get out.
