I wanted to promote a CPA search offer but the company stated in their publisher terms that publishers cannot use their company trademark in any of their advertising efforts and it should not be contained in any part of the display url.

Is there a way around this? I wanted to write articles and promote them ultimately getting it to rank high in google. Do you guys think companies will go as far as to following my link and tracking my publisher id down? And at that point is there a way I can conceal it?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Do you have to write their name in the article? To prevent the companies name being shown in the url just use a common url shortener like bit.ly or ************************
