Blackhat content locking?

Looking for a content locking solution for (semi) blackhat content. Preferably with crypto payouts. Things like OG Ads or CPA Grip would probably not allow this.

Or if content locking is not possible for blackhat content, maybe some other suggestions for monetising? Maybe those interstitial pages you see, when you want to download a file from somewhere and have to wait 10 seconds before you can continue.
