I come from a small country with its own language, spoken by just a few million.
I know Google is dumber in my language, but my god, it's dumb.
I did a quick check with Ahrefs for a keyword, there are competitors with 2-40 referring domains (kw difficulty 9), but when I went to check their backlinks... A lot of them are spammy and in some cases, ALL of them (yes, all) have exact match anchor text. Just link after link with the same anchor text, which is the exact keyword I'm targeting.
How do I compete against that without being as spammy as they are?
Also, my domain is 1 year old new with almost no backlinks, as I haven't started building till now.
