Blackhat Backlinks. How to?

I wrote a really long msg, but the mod system kept blocking it.

Basically I am looking for a way to pile on backlinks. Is there a free software available that can do this, or am I better off hiring someone.

I would like it to be fully automated, and would prefer to keep the costs low.

What's your advice.
