Blackhat AI?

Is there a blackhat AI already developed? We all know chatgpt and all the other generic ones won't even advise on grey hat stuff, let alone bh. I don't want any illegal ideas but for example, chatgpt is even refusing to give me basic cloaking ad ideas, it's that bad.

There is enough prompts to make chatgpt talk about GH stuff, sometimes its even enough if you mention that its for a school project
