blackcat vps service gone?

several days ago I was paid money by PayPal and start using service of black cat vps service but only when I paid mo
ney and after received vps info I couldn't connect with him I was sent email and I was sent msg through his website but no reply. anyone know what happen with blackcat vps? actually I'm not much happy this service. anyone pls recommend for me stable service.

I commented on one of those threads about how bad those guys are and I got harassed by one of their monkeys for days. I promptly canceled my subscription.

It is a good business model and idea (wish I owned it) but it is not run correctly
 
I recieved an email and I am happy enough with it.Seems a couple of people might have been hammering without using proxies and compromised the server.
No worries my end it was a good service so I am happy to stay.A couple of new t&c's basically telling you to use proxies with all software which is commonsense.
Anyway they are working on it can't ask for more than that.
 
I even didn't start to business with this vps or I just only collect proxy. ok even if have some problem with server I think at least he should have to reply what happened with server he even didn't reply not just for me.
 
Get used to it, when I was with them the server was down at least half of the time
 
Giving this a bump so people are aware, been down a week now,started off great,far from it now.
 
You get what you paid for.
Under $70 a month for Xrumer, Nuke and a host of other expensive software that should cost you hundreds a month - thousands in up front payments

Had to be a catch
Catch seems to be it's stolen software badly hacked with crap service on inconsistent servers.

Many of the developers who make some the of the software they pirate for these VPS are looking for ways to litigate.
Who knows - maybe they have - or just released a trapdoor version of their software "100% up to date and cracked" through a third party. Software that has a few nasty surprises in for the pirates.

I would never use service which did not have good reviews,customer service.I will try service which is established and run business for years.try berman hosting,they are best in providing vps service
 
I have legit software myself,amr,scrapebox,UD,no hands etc.I used bhs for a while with no issues.I'm not fussed about the $77 I know I won't see a penny of that back thats the nature of the beast in this game but I just want to make other users aware who might not have $77 to forget about not to touch this.
The fact meatro hasn't had the decency to post explaining stuff tells me all I need to know.I got an email on the 25th nothing since.

I have no issue with a service going down as long as I get updated ,one email with 7 days downtime isn't updated to me.We'll see but I won't be holding my breath.
 
A couple of things here...

Yes, it is correct that one of the servers was compromised and the users who were on it were affected. If you are a member, please understand that we do not offer support via BHW, if you are having issues, please use email or website contact form.

GiftGuru, same thing. If nothing is ever reported except that Tweet Attacks does not work... Then it is hard to resolve any issues.

Anyways, if you were on the server affected, please contact via email or website. Everything should be up and running at this point.
 
Yep got new log in info and everything seems fine.Probably some fault on my part as I only pm'd meatro on bhw and didn't go through the support site.Anyway thanks again meatro.

Are current customers locked into the original price?

I've been using BCS for about a month and I love it. Sometimes the internet goes down but for the price, it is totally worth it. Customer service is excellent and extremely quick. I would definitely recommend it. Especially if you are just starting out or have a small budget. Great way to try out the big IM tools without paying the big prices.

Are the tools like SenukeX updated at all? My current VPS server is dirtcheap ($35/mo) but it has outdated programs. SenukeX version is from Nov 2011 LOL! I'm considering Blackcat because it gives users Admin rights, no disconnect rule, and 600 premium proxies per day! Just wondering about program versions.

First, yes, customers are locked in at that price. It's no first month only discount nonsense, it's 30% off of every month that you are a member.

As for program versions, they are all the latest versions as far as I know. Last checked yesterday, so unless there's been any updates in the past 24~ hours then yes. SENuke from November 2011... That sounds about as useful as a poke in the eye.

And again yes, I believe it's the only service around that allows all users to be the machine's administrator with no disconnect rules (and truly unmetered transfer.) So if you are not satisfied with the current selection of tools, feel free to install your own. ;)

I pay $45/mo for the second level plan (if you buy today!). Everything is updated often and if it isn't, just email them and they'll do it (there is an update button but it never seems to work out well for me). As for the proxies, I've found better lists here on BHW. Again, could be me but they never seem to work.
