Same here. I lost one of my vps on saturday and still down, zero reply to ticket and no livechat. My other server with them is still up n running. Bizarre. You would think somebody would reply here or @ Warriorforum where they have a thread. This sucks bigtime!

Any updates on this? Still awaiting my VPS details, which I paid for 3 days ago. :/ Also submitted tickets, but no reply. Anyone heard from these guys recently?
it looks like bbrdp has been pretty sluggish recently.. they were all great last year, but just these couple of months, they are VERY slow in answering tickets. My VPS was down for like 2 days, and it took them 1 day to reply my ticket, and didn't answer my other questions after that.
i think they are going under.. i don't recommend anyone using bbrdp due to these uncertainties for the moment - there are other better vps services out there...
they were VERY quick though when i canceled one of my other VPS account with them - prompting me whether there was a mistake in cancelling the autobilling

I've been having problems with them for a while now. Mostly my beef is that my VPS is dirt slow... but this isn't helping. I'm leaving them anyway so frankly I don't care... I'm just a little pissed I wasted money on them.
I don't get why it's SO HARD just manage VPSs right... this isn't rocket science.

Blackbox VPS are among the worst VPS provider. They are extremely unreliable. Their hardware constantly crashes. I lost weeks of work and was offered no form of compensation or refund. Blackbox are also one of the most expensive VPS hosting companies.
Dont make the mistake I did. Choose another VPS provider. Youvps, vpslink or virpus are good options. Woosever is good and inexpensive also. There are many to choose from.

Am thinking this too, blackbox started out really good but consistently got worse.
Paypal sent an automatic payment.
They cancelled my server.
I was away during this time, and only noticed after a week, luckily got it sorted before all data was lost.
No compensation was offered for their mistake.
I asked for compensation and was offered $5, for losing 1/4 of a $60 a month VPS. Argued and in the end got $10.
But server down again.
Their website is down
