black hat world admins please

I will be short and straight to the point i dont mean to disturb anyone

When i enter the home page i receive the following message:

"jayzee, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

I dont think this is on purpose since i am able to enter even the vip junior section,

this happened since the site was "hacked" by some funny guys (dont remember their name)

also my inbox it`s not working, i talked to another member and everything is cool for him... i use opera, but i have used it since i am a member

what could it be? any help will be apreciated
