it's just a better search of facebook pages posts and friends posts.. not quite a 'search engine' in the sense that many think a 'search engine' is, but definitely incentivizes people sharing your sites and liking/sharing your posts/pages within facebook itself
but seo is dead?! :0

This is just more data gathering by facebook, it will colate the searches and terms used then sell them, another way to make money and people are doing the work for them. Same thing with the new dislike button, just another way to make money.

IMO this is a part of their preparation to launch the Zuck's so-called free Internet.org. As you already realized this filthy campaign is wrapped in "good cause" but got something dirty up their sleeve, restricting Internet access to put Facebook and its cronies in favor to the untapped market in 3rd tier countries they're about to target, just to boost Facebook stock performance.

Facebook records everything you do. Including what you type and then hit the backspace button. It's all saved.
