Is there any ethical way to beat competitor site without making harm to my own site?

Well I think you are do not have a clear idea of what you want or you ask the question in the wrong way.
Let me put it this way.
You can beat your competitor website by making yours better and make a better SEO campaign... This answer directly to your question. Doing a good SEO campaign will not harm your website.
If you mean if there is any ethical method to beat the competitors website by doing negative SEO or things like that without harm your website then here is the answer. Any action that you do that affect directly your competitors websites is not ethical. You can try to do this kind of actions and you will not harm your website but from my experience and tests is very difficult to do negative SEO is not impossible but you must know how to do it and you need a lot of resources that in my opinion will have a better results is you use them in your SEO campaigne. Negative SEO does not mean blasting your competitors website with 10k blog comments backlinks... I do that to my own websites and I have great result.
So my advice is to take your time, clear your mind and learn more or ask a more clear question.

Im sorry but the days where people could share working SEO strategy are all but gone, Google have employees spying on us. As soon as 1 method is posted... you best believe there will be an update to make it dysfunctional and harmful within a few weeks!
