Hi every one,Can any one tell me difference between black hat seo and white hat seo

I had the same question about 9 months ago. Black hat uses techniques that are typically not allowed or you can get in trouble (banned) from certain programs for. White has uses legit techniques that don't skirt the line.
Anybody care to expand on that? I don't claim to be a pro.

"illegal" techniques?
No SEO is illegal (some forms of link jacking and keylogging are illegal) but they have nothing to do with "search engine optimization" - they are traffic stealing and fraud techniques.
No SEO is illegal - and using such emotive and incorrect terms doesn't help anyone.
