When i use Black Hat SEO for my site, I will get lot of visitor and query for that particular thing or something, But i want to know that whether i will get a problem from search engine or not?

Just by using "black hat SEO" does not mean you'll get a lot of visitors or rank well. No matter what you call your link building, you still need to know what you're doing.

If it was that easy, everyone would rank #1 for every term.

How much hate you earn from the search engines will depend on exactly what black hat tactics you are using. Without more info, no one will be able to give you any advice.
