I don't know the right steps as I've never dealt with casino sites before, but from what I'm seeing around the forum it seems that the trick is using a very powerful expired domain with lots of authority and strong backlinks (the niche of the domain doesn't matter apparently), and spam that domain to the top with even more backlinks and maybe CTR manipulation software too...
I also think that this method is short-lived (can last a few months if you're lucky) and then you have to repeat the process all over again with new expired domain, new backlinks, new CTR manipulation, etc... But I think this is how it's done. But I'm not 100% sure, so maybe someone can explain it step by step...

Casino niche is quite difficult.
If you are targeting Turkish casino keywords, you will probably need hacked sites with JS cloaking, which is quite technical for a newbie.

Ranking casino sites will be more complex one. Basically! if google identifies casino related content it will not index it and it will not store any content regarding this on the database. But there is another solution: If you pick the top search and low difficulty keywords and make an unique content which is not written by AI will leads to possible to get index on google. Then you need to make link building on the casino related websites. Notably PBN or Guest Post or some another. Then proper SEO practices will leads to get ranked on google.
