Black Hat Seo?

Hello,
i am encountering a problem within my niche. More and more domains (same guy running all of them) are start to rank crazy good out of the nowhere. Most of them have 0 backlinks, some have a few very trashy backlinks. So i am guessing this has to be some sort of "real black hat seo" even though i know setting banklinks is considered as black hat aswell.

Only two things that come into my mind are pbn or ctr maniupulation.
Anybody experience in anything that can bring my site back up? Even though if its just for 2-3 months and than getting hit by a penalty or so.

You can try with black hat techniques like Niche PBN or qualified guest posts for your site which could be workout .

If your site has been hit by Google and normal SEO methods don't work, it's much easier to turn to blackhat methods like PBNs and rank with them for your site.

Well they keep going from 0 ranking to top 5, than they disappear often after 3,4,5 months and come back with a new page. I would rather do this, than staying on place 10-20 (right now) but no chance to get higher.

@WickednDivine when you say "niche pbn" do you refer to pbns from the same niche i am in? is there actually a provider on the board that you can personally recommend? there are so many offers, its just overwhelming, at least for me
