Private Blog Networks (PBNs) are still the most effective method to use for blackhat SEO. PBN’s have been proven to create millions of dollars of value per year. I don't recommend tools unless it is churn and burn site.
@projectlegents thanks for your reply i have to rank 3rd party forum links so it will be convenient to use tools to index and rank faster so please suggest some genuine tools

I didn't personally tested this tool. Just for your information, check for Ahrefs' Black Hat SEO Tool. Founded by searching Google.
@projectlegents can you please share the link of tool or any manual technique other then bookmarking as i have to rank 3rd part forum links before expire

Simply create your forum backlinks first, then build Tier 2 backlinks that point to those forum links. These Tier 2 links can be blog comments, web 2.0 articles, or social profiles, anything that supports and links back to your original forum post. This helps pass link juice and makes it much easier for Google to crawl and index your forum link faster.

one option that usually works: create a PBN where you add links to your main money site(s), send backlinks to each site with tools and cloak all sites to your main site(s) to take advantage of the traffic too not just for backlinks.

Is it still working well for you?yes then you have the benefit of not only having backlinks from the PBN sites, but also have all the traffic that these sites get redirected to your money site(s)

Try guest posts, niche edit, and PBN links. Tools like GSA and Xrumer can be suggested for Tier 2 and Tier 3 purposes.

Yes, it works, but we're not fond of using these tools. We focus exclusively on manual link-building techniques.
