Hey peeps, I am new to this forum, so if I am posting in the wrong place, I apologise..

I am looking to explore the world of black hat ppc, I have a forex broker which Google, FB and all other major ad platforms don't like so we never manage to get ads approved or if we do, they don't last.. any recommendations as to where I might start, I have tried AdRoll display ads, but targeting there is weak and CPA was never worthwhile.

any help is greatly appreciated

Hello, I constantly deal with bans for ad accounts, I can plug you in w facebook accs and gmails that are aged for a couple bucks or if you find em cheaper even better they typically help you in avoiding flagging immedietly.
After that it's your IP that's getting you flagged, you'd want to use a proxy

For success in blackhat two core skills are must : Passion & patience because these is no fix formula. You need to try different permutation and combinations until success.
1 - Warm-up accounts with safe ads little longer then usual
2 - Create Content Rich and proper Safe Landing Page
3- increase the campaign budget gradually

Do you have any sort of regulation?

If the broker is regulated, even with a crappy regulation like Belize's you shouldn't have a problem.
It will limit you to the areas this regulation applies to, but getting CySec will open your brand to all Europe, I believe.

This is, at leat, how it was back when I worked at this industry.
