black hat method for adwords ?

Don't do it. They got an army of reviewers and your account will be banned in a day if you do.
but i must use this keyword because i s3ll this on my shop....
adwords allow me to use the keyword but i cant put the word iphone on the adword text, so i need a method or some help.
i tryed to use this words ( lphone = with L ) or ( iphon ) or ( iph0n ) but nothing work...

Don't try something not allowed in adwords, it will lead to immediate ban.
but i saw other shop on the first page they use the keyword too and the adword text they write iphn5 or phone5

Yep. You can get an exception from Google. It may take a few days but it will happen. PM to find out how.
Use surrogate style text copy & you should be live for a while. However, eventually they will axe your account. Especially, pre-festive season - ads are screened more vigilantly before they let you go live. So using terms like 'iPhnoe5' etc might keep you afloat if
you are using an account which has good history.
