Black Hat list building idea! (?)

Hey BHW members,

I was thinking and this idea came into my mind: If I can scrape targeted e-mails from google or somewhere else, and I submit them manually (or automatically somehow) to my squeeze page, there is a chance that the owners of these addresses will confirm throught the confirmation e-mail because they think they subscribed somewhere but they don't remember...

I guess it is illegal, isn't it?

Well, there's no point doing this since you just can't find enough IPs for submitting. You sure don't want to submit all of them just through several different IPs, right?

I bet it won't take much time for the mailers(aweber etc.) to find out you are doing this...
