I'm sorry that happened to you man. I mean, you have to be careful when using tools like ScrapeBox. It's better to build links (preferably tier 1) and then just do blasts to those links as it will look "more natural" in the eyes of search engines.

This thread scares the hell out of me! If we start getting banned for building backlinks that will be the end of the world.

Damn, this sucks. I was recently building lots of backlinks too and got sandboxed by google. Still not as bad as your situation.

Those getting banned for spamming. Threaten legal action, and I will bet you your site will be unbanned immediately.

Unless there is some way to prove you actually did the spam, they have absolutely no right to ban your site. If your site is banned, you are losing thousands of dollars daily, and they will be responsible for loss of profits and damages due to being listed as a spammer.

WTF? Since when spamhause are Blacklisting domains for scrapebox blasts?? So they blacklist them, then they can BL the whole registrar and the registrar will send all to spam? this is what they mean by saying all the custumers will lose? because they wont be able to receive theyr newsletters from the registrar?? is that it ? or i got it wrong ?

My domain was also blacklisted but real reason is:

The server your domain is hosted with is/has been used for spamming and spamhaus just blacklists all domains associated with that specific server
