black hat Gambling ads in google adwords

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to launch gambling ads in germany to promote gambling offers but when I try to make the ads, it goes into disapproval for online gambling.

However, I see adverts being served:

My second attempt, I have made similar landing page like https://jetztspielen2020.com/de/ and displayed top list offers and copied same ad text however it still go into disapproved. Does anyone know how they get approved?

Some hv certificates (there r different type of certificates that google provides) and some play with different kws. Trust me, nobody will share the methods. None of your campaigns will go live on that niche unless u know how to do it (copy-paste on competitor ads will not get your camps live).
 
Casino / Gambling niche nowadays is a highly restricted niche in GAds as per GAds official policies. To run Casino / Gambling niche in GAds, one must go through the relevant GAds approval process to run casino / gambling ads, by submitting relevant documentation to GAds and get special approval for the same from GAds and it is geo-specific as well. For full details, refer to GAds policies. Since you've mentioned blackhat in your thread title, yes, there are people who run various niches using blackhat methods and these are not "one size fits all", nor can such methods be explained in just a few sentences, and such methods differ niche to niche, geo to geo, etc.

They are having certifications, for which they are allowed to advertise. It is allowed in germany to advertise gambling campaigns.
 
Depends on with GEO you want to advertise in, for some it's quite straightforward where you just need to apply with a explanatory letter, e.g. UK, in others it's more lengthy and difficult, e.g. Australia.
