Does that involve dressing up as a leprechaun and looking for a pot of gold, because I feel like that isn't sustainable at all.
 
Both, if you do it right. Although I must say that I had much better experiences with black hat. As long as you take into account the typical time those income sources stay alive and keep on making new ones, I honestly believe that BH has better ROI. But that also depends on other factors.... I also have great white hat projects.
