Hi i had money in my account orders went through then failed, i think i got one domain out of the 4 i wanted spent most of the day trying, truth their site could not handle the pressure so it crashed most of the day, even spoke with them on twitter they new it was crashing just nothing they could do about it so i dont think its the customer who should be taking the action its their system and how it works , just my thoughts it was painful
