bl00ger/wp acct creator

Im do apologize if this is the wrong category (mod please move to better category if this thread doesnt belong here).

I am in search of a solution that will allow me to create of bl00ger or word_press blogs automatically. I have seen bodeezy's bl00ger creator software but I think it is to create bl00ger accts only (doesnt create blogs (maybe)). I need something that goes a bit further and creates blogs too. Thanks.
