About the tanks now - if you run a deeper research, you can find that purchasing a tank is actually possible almost everywhere. It depends on the law of the country but it is indeed possible. Of course, a random like you won't get it, there are certain requirements behind it, don't believe the ads.
Also, at some point - you're misinforming people right now, making them to think that us, Russians, are fucking reckless rebels.
