Bitpay Support ?

Hey guys
Anyone had a problem with bitpay support ? got paid on 2017 (btc) and didn't withdraw due to some personal reasons , after contacting them i never got any helpful answer (they just had escalated the issue for their stupid "risk assessment" department) and its 20 days already !

It's a payment IPN. Not just a wallet.

I know , but my funds are in their wallet , not mine , the transactions were old and they are not showing in my account (they are asking me to contact them but they are not responding at all )
have like 70k there !

Oh damn. Looks like they may have had a change in infrastructure since you last used them. I would pay an attorney to send them a friendly warning before taking it to court. Depending on the country they are based in, they may be liable for all of the attorney's fees. Easy case.
