BitGo (Bitcoin) to Paypal - which exchange?

I want to sell some of my bitcoin with prices bouncing up today, which exchange do you recommend for transferring to Paypal?

Just tried cryptopay24.com - they were a joke, after nearly 2 hours on chat with them, they have refunded my transaction as they are having technical issues. So I am down my transaction fee from BitGo I did not receive any new account details either when making the order but luckily I screenshot the order page, so that could be down to the technical issues or just a dodgy site. No idea, never done this before.

Anyone you recommend to transfer Bitcoin to Paypal?

Ususally people are paying 20% fees to change from Paypal to Bitcoin. So you are in a good position. But where to do that trade, don't know.

I was hoping for more like an actual exchange vs a trade. How does everyone else get their money out of Bitcoin?

Through exchanges. Bitstamp, Poloniex, Coinbase. Open account, get verified, deposit BTC, sell them for USD or EUR and get withdrawal.
