Bitfinex support silent for a week

I had problems transferring my NEO out of bitfinex.

Sent a ticket to their support, but have yet to hear from them.

What can I do? Should I just write off my NEO as losses?

Bitfinex support is like Santa Claus, they only work once a year and for most people they don't really exist.

Yes that is why I will never trust any exchanges with more than 30% of my entire cryptos holdings, no matter how much rave they recieve.

I only put in how much I am prepared to lose as there is no way to seek recourse if they decide to run away with your earnings.
