I doubt anyone would sell you btc for paypal since you got like 8 posts.
You can try localbitcoin.com but they will ask a pic of your ID/selfie while holding your ID to be sure.
 
paxful is also good, it has a more easier to use interface then localbitoins
 
Ive just lost $300 to local bitcoins It timed out my wallets empty but they say no funds dont touch these guys SCAMMERS
 
Another way is to look into local bitcoin exchange sites in your country. You can fund the account via bank deposit and then convert it into btc.

One way to go about it is -move the funds to the bank and use sites like unichange.me
I used to transfer BTC to convert into PAYPAL using unichange.
Its been good and quick too.

bitchain.info works fine for me to send and receive bitcoins and even buy bitcoins!
